Terms and conditions of use

1. Acceptance of the terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Little Life Ultrasound 8K application, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Service description

The App offers an automated visual enhancement service for ultrasound images, including enhanced images and short animations.

3. Medical disclaimer

• The App is not a medical device.
• It does not provide medical diagnoses.
• It does not replace the opinion of healthcare professionals.
• It is intended solely for visual, emotional, and recreational purposes.

Any medical decisions must be made with a qualified healthcare professional.

4. User requirements

• Be over 18 years of age.
• Have legal capacity to contract.
• Provide truthful information.

5. User account

The user is responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
• The use made from their account.

6. Intellectual property

• The App, its design, code, and content are the property of the owner.
• Uploaded images remain the property of the user.
• The user grants a limited license to process the images solely to provide the service.

7. Payments and in-app purchases

• Purchases are made through In-App Purchases.
• Payments are managed by Apple or Google.
• Prices include taxes where applicable.

8. Cancellations and refunds

In accordance with applicable consumer and digital services regulations, the user acknowledges and accepts that:

• The service offered by the App constitutes a personalized digital service initiated at the user’s express request.
• Once image processing has begun, the right of withdrawal and refund does not apply, pursuant to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (EU) and equivalent regulations in other territories.
• The user expressly accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal upon starting the processing of digital content.
• Refund requests are subject exclusively to Apple App Store and Google Play policies.

9. Prohibited use

The following is prohibited:

• Using the App for illegal purposes.
• Uploading content without proper rights.
• Attempting to access internal App systems.
• Reselling or exploiting the service without authorization.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not responsible for subjective expectations about visual results.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user.

11. Suspension or termination of service

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• Modify or interrupt the service for technical or legal reasons.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the owner’s country. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.
